How To Deal With Poison Damage?

Well there is an antidote potion, it's the health potion. When you drink one it removes poison from you in addition to healing you, though it doesn't prevent you from being immediately repoisoned so you have to be smart about it.

also, since they enjoy appearing together with those sirens that curse you with elemental weakness you may have caught that curse without noticing. triggering the poison cloud with attacks, summons or lolsummons works well, they seem to have a timer for those special attacks so it cannot be recast immediately

also, if theres a group of 5+ sons of lucian, chances are all of them cast the poison cloud when you get in range. invest in some +5 faster run orbs on your gear helps a lot with survivability, so the poison damage just ticks for 1 cycle which may mean that you survive. also, socketing some perfect turquoises until you are well above 81% resist may be helpful, theres a ton of poison damage dealt in worldstone keep and the mini bosses before baal deal a lot of poison damage too

I personally like having the random enemy here and there that can steamroll you if you're not paying attention even with maxed resistances. Makes you focus a bit more on the game rather then just running through it as fast as possible, which I've been guilty of on more than a few occasions.

Oh without a doubt, especially when said friends are new to the mod and continuously freak out when they have no idea what killed them haha.

Lol I totally feel you, that poison is strooong. Tho i do like it like that type of difficulty. Kinda relentless it some situations but makes for fun scenarios.
