What? Melee sorc is quite powerful. Same for melee paladin & treewarden. Werewolf is also strong, however I can't tell for myself (but it was the most OP build on last ladder as far as I remember). For barbarians I don't know, never was attracted much to that class, but as far as I know it was good too. That already makes a bunch of more than viable melee builds.
Also, with the possibility of very high life bosses and a few other implementations, the use of lame tricks like heroic shields are likely to be seen a lot less in Sigma (and those lame tricks are what made a lot of builds more or less viable most of the time, for example doing heroics with a melee sorc was a joke). I hope with my implementations, marco can make most of the ubers hard, not just impossible for the half of builds and easy for the rest. Sure some builds will still do better in some situations, it's impossible to balance it at 100% for every single class, but I think it's okay that way. But the way it is currently, simply isn't that and clearly gives major advantage to a few character types.
