You have to farm them in like p3 games. Eg. I farmed ancient tunnels for like 1-2 hours with no oils, joined a p3 game and got 2 oils in one run. Made me very salty.

Veteran monsters spawn in nightmare but according to patch notes the oils only drop in hell.

Only on the direct melee hit.

Some builds only care about attack speed on weapon (druid forms, WW barb). Is it correct to assume that negative attack speed from non weapon items also does not matter for those builds? Like the negative IAS on

What's you guys strategy for the umbaru treasure charm?
I've got a couple of them now that after 5 adds are well below the average 40 stats.
Do you guys just keep going with them or consider them failed if they go too far below average.
I'm sure there was a topic with the math around somewhere, but I can't find it.

I saw ppl saying about farming veteran for some rare oils

What are those, where can i farm it and how useful it is?
Also, does it spawned in SP?
