How do i get

bonus to actually work? do i need to have +dmg to undead and demons to get the bonus? and if so, is there any clue as to how much to reach the max bonus?

depends on conversion. For this charm 500% need to max (150/30=5 > 5 times 100% damage to undead/demons).

Is it possible to kill Inarius as poison sorc? I have most of mid/endgame gear, but I seem to do little or no damage. I have about 130% pierce, do I need more?

Divine judgment says it does 66% weapon dmg so does that mean that each of those little stars are each 66% weapon dmg? and if so does that mean that the stars work with life leech and life on striking?

hurray, also I'm looking at median xl fandom so the site might be out of date.

Not just might be out of date, most of that wiki is legitimately 2-3 years old and some of it wasn't even updated for Sigma 1.0 let alone recent versions. Don't trust anything except the maps (and even then, double check upload date).
