shield, all the skill are useless since only hard point are used for theses skills right ?
I think in this case, specified +skills are seen as hard points.
'+ all skill' bonuses are seen as soft +skills if I'm not mistaken.
+sk from items are
always soft points.
They're not useless, though, all of those have both soft and hard point scaling.

It's a neat mid level weapon for leveling and early ubers but I don't see a lot of mid to lategame potential. 40% dex as ele damage is a little sad on a two-handed weapon when you can just use a crystal sword or Black Razor and have a shield slot available. Necro gets huge EWD scaling so phys just ends up better (or Taming Sari with a shield), and it didn't beat Chober Chaber on my HMP.
