Ornate craft boots with -10% pierce from your shrine+bless bonus. Any other bonuses are icing on the cake, since boots just roll things like 170 life, 40 all attributes, etc.

Boot options really are extremely limited.

Wouldnt TU greaves be a solid option for the powerful SF buff?

That's not remotely worth it. Spell focus is your third priority after pierce and spell damage, especially on a sorceress who's already got big synergy% bonus from Witch Blood (and sometimes Vengeful Power). TU Greaves are excellent boots and worth using over any other option on fire/poison/physical/magic casters, but not for lightning and cold.

So I've been tinkering with Chaotic spark oskill.

Chaotic Spark: replaces Static Lance
Concept: An ability that scales with cast speed. Both mechanically with faster animations (through the use of an on cast proc) and numerically from your uncapped cast speed (incentivizing more speed scaling past lowest frame breakpoint). This oSkill will be restricted to Paladins and Sorceresses who are able to best make use of the ability through their fast cast speeds.
Skill changes:
Now fires 4 projectiles up from 3, next delay removed (main projectiles can now shotgun)
Main projectiles no longer pierce but instead explode in a small area on impact
20% chance to trigger a charged nova on cast, releasing 32 piercing projectiles around you
Damage increased by 452%
Charged nova stuns enemies for 0.5 seconds on hit
Damage scaling cap from Spell Focus is tripled for this skill
Your cast speed stat also counts as Spell Focus for this skill
Item changes:
Now only spawns on Sorceress body armor and Paladin helms


Bottom line: No more 1000SF cap, and your FCR is added to SF bonus.

Here's what i figured out so far.

BODY ARMOR: Ornate crafted sorceress body armor
Top stats would be: 4 skills, 30 light spell damage, 25 pierce, 24 to chaotic strike.
On top of that you get 2-15 light spell damage and 5-10 pierce from ornate craft and same for ornate blessing. If you get a good roll, I suggest using oil of intensity for top roll on blessing. To start, you can rolling random shrines just to get the skill.

. Aeterna is massive, no pierce though, didn't try Holy wars nor mistress of pain. The absolute best if a crafted sorceress orb, if you have thousands of ornate shrines, go for it, you could roll something like this with a perfect roll and a perfect bless: +5 skills, 50fcr, 66 light spell damage, 35 pierce, 100 spell focus AND eagle stance! Good luck though, I rolled over 1000 shimmering shrines last season for a poison sorceress orb, never got a highend roll including eagle stance, oh well, Aeterna is fine.

. Rabbit's foot is ok to start. You can also ornate craft some, but they don't have good affixes besides +40 to all attributes, so the pierce and light spell damage would only come from the shrine bonus. So if you have perfect roll and bless, you could get 16 light spell damage and 10 pierce, nothing exciting. Keep you ornate shrines for body armor and then orb.

ORBS : I'm guessing light spell damage on everything, then spell focus on armor parts, mana regen on rings/amulet, maybe fcr on weapon? Maybe Arcane hunger + life leech orbs would be better.

So far I think it's ok, my gear is not optimal and I don't have all the charms and none are trophied. But, it is a fun skill to play. At the moment, I have 140 pierce, 89 resistances, 14.5K chaotic spark damage, thunderstone is good as a single target skill.

If anyone has suggestions let me know, I'm not an expert at all.

holy wars is +sorc not +all, u could as well use just Wizspike (50fcr/-70pierce)... rings : witchcraft (20fcr)/ -5/ +sk... Glowing vertigo can get 100fcr...
and 1 athanna khan dress to raise raven to max...
since spell focus cap at 3k counting fcr... u could consider relics with %bonus to spell focus as well...
