When rolling a ring with two arcane crystals and the blue potion can I possibly roll a sacred unique ring, since rings do not have tiers, or still only the "regular unique" rings? Thanks.

Does attack speed/cast speed for morphs (like werebear) need to be on the primary weapon ? I remember some stuff where only the attack speed of the weapon would count but can't remember if that got removed or not.

There are some niche cases where its useful. For example if you want to play tantrum, then you wont need dragonlore and wyrmshot, or you can use it for javazon on bosses that dont hit you like samael, because shieldmaiden and all of its benefits activate after you block.

Why no one uses Act 3 (Bloodmage) merc? For example, playing with Dawndin.

I often using Act 3 Necrolyte, because he's very good at almost all the builds. But, Act 3 Bloodmages are very good with Totem Necro, I love with Melee Sorc (because of the damage buff, and because sorceress can do the same debuffs as Necrolyte). And some previous patches I hired Bloodmage for my Wildfire Druid for the insta heal. One thing I can say, long live Act 3 Mercs !!!
