Some thoughts & feedback for Hammerzon:
1. Build doesn't have great/clear options for midgame espescially for phys dmg, physical dmg and lightning pierce is hard to balance. Stack dex for phys dmg and block but lose lightning pierce and vice versa. Sustain also an issue because of dmg conversion. Could be fixed with items, for example give

nullify lightning dmg and reduce conversion per hard point, maybe reduce ewd% per clvl item stat for balance. Another option for orange text could be to change Reckoning of Zerae conversion to 50% phys 50% lightning. Maybe new runeword for better availability?
2. Power Shift has to change. Deals massive dmg yes if stationary target right in front of your nose but any movement and it's really frustrating to run after bosses/goblins etc. Since the theme is projectile based make the three hammers travel straight and explode on impact. Would fit much better theme for standing still and tanking/dodging dmg while attacking. Would also spice up gameplay because spinning hammers all day gets boring.
3. For better sustain, instead of giving increased max block from resistance skill maybe give +1 life on striking per point. If 7 points too much reduce max points to 5.
4. For midgame equipment, give the storm set 5th item that defines the set stat bonuses between melee and caster paths. For example make new set belt that gives melee bonuses and leave set shield for caster. No bonuses if you equip all 5 items.
