How do they deal with the level requirement given that needs crafted items to be used on?

There is a cude recipe to downgrade the item level: Rare weapon/armor + rare amulet + rare ring → reroll item as level 1 rare item. In reality, due to the minimum level requirement of the affix, the minimum requirement level of a downgraded craft item is 30 I believe, which means you still have a huge room for blessing.

question about arcane hunger effigy.

it states "all life leech transformed to +20% spell damage". if i roll a +3% life stolen per hit" mystic orb on a weapon does that mean that the 3% is turned into 20% spell damage? thanks!

you need a minimum of 15% lifeleech to apply arcane hunger, so 5x lifesteal MO if the weapon has none originally.

how to calculate the number of hits of an ability where the exact number is not written, and has a quick animation like a rapid wyrmshot, or an instant cast like a searing glow? Could the devs have added this information to the meniken training camp?

is you apply a debuff to a boss that says, enemy damage reduced by 40%, does that mean that the enemy will do 40% less damage both physical and elemental? Or is it just physical? Also, if for example you apply a Warp aura debuff (-25% enemy damage) and Screaming eagle (-40% enemy damage) and force blast (-40% enemy damage), do they stack up to (- 105% enemy damage)? How does that work?

I guess you meant force blast/ It's phys WDM reduction (and applied also to all of it sources like convertion). For others it's notet as "enemy ele damage reduced" (like on Anathema)

On all others (Warp field, screaming eagle, even miasma) it states as -% enemy damage. So that means it only reduces physical damage? My main question is, do they stack? What happens when you debuff a boss to -100% enemy damage reduced?
