Currently i am at 125, just like my previous character. Well i certainly did understand it. There´s no need to be rude about it. The point still stands however that Bend the Shadows does not provide the damage boost of Angel of Death, so it would´ve been redundant regardless of efficiancy or not.

It's not supposed to give you a damage boost, it's supposed to give you mobility so that you don't have to run to escape, ultimately making you die faster because everything hits you. He explained it to you pretty clearly and you chose to ignore it. That's on you.

Are you playing on a previous patch? Currently in 2.9 angel of death doesn't provide anything beside some unimportant extra poison damage. You shouldn't play around that. Current melee nec struggle in very high lab for sure but you shouldn't have issues with 125s as long as you take a big scythe and focus on phy damage instead of doing shenanigans.
Also you mention mobility a lot but I don't understand that part at all, every build stop to attack and melee nec has extra ms which is all you need. Being "ganked" should be the last of your issues with nec leech and parasite aoe. Guess it's one of the few melees left that can't shift clic so he definitely need to walk more than others, but it should play fine still

Use aod for the dmg boost, and then use movement skills for mobility.

You are the one that complained that you needed to run everywhere and how that reduced defence, and the solution was given to you on how to not need to run everywhere

The way melee is played in mxl is that you keep going forward, slapping everything dead. If you have to run, you are doing something wrong. I never had to run with a melee build, you can usually just outleech the dmg you take. Or melee nec is weak, i havent played it so i cant comment on that, but its possible.

One thing you could be doing wrong is that you dont have (enough) leech.

tbh mobility should only be an issue in high tier labs, and you have pretty big ms from deathlord
