I've come across with a problem. My launcher doesn't get started at all. I run it and a little time then nothing happens.
I've done everything according the post below, but there's no result. Does anybody know about solution in such uncertain situation?

MO order: 2x mana stolen, ed to 195% (luck oil first), 5x ewd, ar% rest (max dmg later)

I understood all but only "ewd" i can not find what is meant here.

Can anyone let me know what ewd means? Enhanced Weapon Damage? but there are none?

Or is here meant: weapon physical damage?

How does damage added to minions via external sources (such as Barb's Nephalem Spirit) get modified by the %Minion Damage stat?
Let's say Nephalem Spirit adds 1000 fire damage, and I have +100% minion damage, that 1000 fire does not become 2000 fire damage, does it? Does it get added after the multiplier? Thank you.
