i dont remember exactly but i think its just for the looks and nothing else

you do get the lower frames per attack, not the spell dmg

I've been playing on Single player and the level requirements for some of my tiered uniques don't match what the documentation says. Is this normal or should I look in to it more? I'm using the prospector's pick tier 5 with a level requirement of 22. The documentation says this should be level 44.

I didn't even think to look at those. Looks like the mods are right, but the numbers aren't what they're supposed to be. Guess I messed something happened when I swapped hardware to screw it up. Reinstalling everything now.

I'm not sure what's going on. I have done a lot of things recently like having to downgrade my mobo because it got damaged and I was messing around with the Path of Diablo mod and D2 Resurgence mod. I'm wondering if one of those someone affected my game.

You uptiered your items with the wrong recipe. You used arcane crystal only, which increased the base stats and level requirement but not the properties. The recipe for uniques is crystal + rune.

OH crap, you're right. Here I am worrying my games screwed up and I just did recipes wrong. I feel dumb now.
