No, Banish reduces enemies' max hp. Purify damage always has fixed number.

So getting a banish on striking amulet will be super cheesy for purify bosses like witch or no because you won't get on striking proc if they're immune?

lets say boss hp is 1000
i banish, hp = 750
i purify (250 dmg), hp = 500
when banish is over - boss hp should be 500*1.33333 (to go back to 100% hp from 75%) =667 hp
so u did extra 83 dmg
or im wrong?

and u still strike, so it will proc
