I think overall, you should start aiming for mid game gear if you're that far along in terror already. Runes should be dropping that could help you out. See if you can make Ath RW boots for some DR, plus skill, defense, and more. You can make crafting point rings on some crappy level one rings from hatred blood moor, which will allow you to craft 2% life leech, 15% FHR jewels for your RW sockets.

But there's no way to see ilvl's online?

Any tips on melee necro bremmtown? I can see the fireballs coming from the spires but it takes me 1-2 sec to clear the pack that jumps on me and in that time, kaboom. Would I be better off trying xbow?

I get desynced as soon as I walk to the first mob in there as a melee nec. I dunno how to do it. Just find hratli armor

you can use your leap spell a couple of yards away. it doesnt have a spell timer.

For a Naginata Assassin using crucify as a main attack, would any of the proc mystic orbs be effective? If so, which one's, and would they proc from crucify bullets? Also, is the stun mystic orb of any use? Thanks in advance...

ctc on attack will work only on your melee ( best would be miasma )
ctc on striking will work with every hit on every enemy ( if you wanna go for proc build like this id say arrow on striking is pretty strong )

Thanks... I guess I need to find that unique mystic orb then. A proc build sounds really cool! :-]
