Is it possible to attack-move (holding right click) on a Barb and also use a stance?

I remember this being an issue several years ago when Marco was still working on the mod. Holding right click with a melee skill active will move you and attack any enemies that you come across. Of course, stance is also on right click, so you cannot do this with Barbs and you just have to spam left click. I have carpal tunnel, so this means I cannot play my Barb very long unfortunately. A fix or workaround was never developed back in 2011 or whenever, and not change to make stances on left click instead. I was hoping maybe there is something around now that will let me switch stances over to left click, or a way to attack-move with left click, or a work around the left-click spam in some way. I don't want to have to change to Tantrum barb just because I cannot spam left click

You can play any melee character the same way as Tantrum simply by having your attack on LMB (left mouse button), clicking and holding LMB, and clicking your Shift key whenever you're within melee-range of the enemy. If you're the proper distance (not too far away for your weapon's range), it will use the attack on the nearest one (most often times the direction you have your mouse aimed at).

Constantly pressing Shift to attack probably isn't so great for your Carpal Tunnel either, but it certainly saves you from having to spam left click and aim your mouse all over the place.

Gekko found an solution to this with a script afaik. I'd recommend asking him. Maybe we can summon him here?
