d2 stats reader has the same function. Hover on the item and press "HOME". Be sure to run it as admin tho.
If you happen to have that already.

D2 clicker, is there a way to make it search for at least a certain amount for something like lighting skill damage?
It says it can do that for %enhanced damage, but could you make it search for a rare ring say with at least 25% lightning skill damage?

I paid 10$ for this.

Yep. It works the same as it does for enhanced damage. Just put the number in front of it

What do the "Attack +x%" and "Damage +x% to Attack" modifiers actually do?

On Shadow Refuge, for example, with Attack +25% and Damage +240% to Attack, SR's overall damage output is barely higher than normal attack, and none of the LCS numbers change regardless of whether it's active or not. So I'm curious just what part of the damage equation they affect.

I believe it's attack rating (% Attack) and bonus to base weapon damage?

Yeah, base weapon damage increase or some kind of EWD were the only things I could think of that would make sense for such a small increase, since since all the weapons I tried had low base damages. Thanks.

In term of SR - "+Attack" is +AR to shadow refuge, "+damage to attack" is +damage to shadow refuge itself and "+damage" is additional damage to all attacks while SR buff is on you. Just like sorc Moonstrike gives damage to Moonstrike itself and damage as buff.
PS: Of course only physical part of damage increases that way

I searched but couldn't find an answer to this question: does EWD effect thunderfury's 75% normal weapon damage? Example, 100% EWD = 175% thunderfury damage.

(edit) Ah, thanks Scalewinged! I'm such a noob haha

EWD affects initial physical weapon damage (not counting passive elemental dmg). For example your sword deal 100 damage, TF WDM is 75% (3/4). Normally TF will deal 75 light. damage. With 100% EWD your initial output damage will be increased by 100% = 200 damage. And this damage will be multiplied by 75%. Means it will deal 150 light. damage.
