ok, it seems the problem happens if your user name in the users folder has non-latin or "special" characters in it. Like for example cyrillic letters or á é etc

i guess you have to delete all older save directories that corresponding with median xl

even if you think you have deleted all, there could be some leftover in the app data folders

thats why i recommend using an search engine for this

No its not about the character. Its about your user folder in C:/Users.
