Nothing to say until you list items and skill plan you using. Usually even with lowest def items spear ama getting alot more than 3k. Also obviously don't use Extatic frenzy on it.

I'm wondering if you're using the latest version of the game (for example, you mention "destruction" when the game went back to the D2 standard difficulty names - normal, nm and hell).
