Like people suggesting SUs when random blue amu from tfauzt will spawn with 26-30 DR, any crafted chest 46-50 DR (+4-16 DR if gloomy), crafted helm 26-30. If we assume minrolls on everything that's 104 DR + 90 from MO.

I killed him with barb, soon after hitting 120. Didn't stack any resists, didn't optimize gear.
Just ran around with fortress. I could take damage for maybe 2s if i tried to tank it, thats enough to run around him at certain distance, to make fortress target him (you must see him for that to happen). Around 10min of that, with wolf stance, cb helps, he dies. Felt really easy, overall easier to do than previous patch.

This will work only for chars that can deal damage passively to him though, via trap kind of skill. If you have to tank him to damage him, then you need proper gear. Or possibly for trophy farming, being immune to his attack would make this faster.

I farm Quov with Unholy Caster Paladin, It's really easy, because if you have 90% elem res, maxed blessed life and tained blood, he deals no damage to you. Just avoid his bone nova

Nowadays you only have to make sure to not use summons, have 90% max resist and as much flat damage reduction as possible.

Even my summoner spec was able to kill him with 1 point into bone spear.

Thanks for the help guys. I guess I don't have enough flat dmg reduction. I always used to do him on the pally where Blessed Life probably made the difference.
