These Japanese AX7s usually go for between 400-600 depending on condition. They only made it for a couple of years because they managed to pick a shape that didn't appeal to the main audience for seven strings, ie metalheads, and they picked finishes that--while appealing to metalheads--appealed to no one else. They came in this, the matte gun metal grey, and a matte burgundy-ish color that I think was supposed to be reminiscent of dried blood.
She needs work. Was obviously neglected in an unfinished basement. If you look close you can see the corrosion on the pickup brackets, the rust on the bridge intonation screws. The plating is coming off several of the saddles. But a MIJ Ibby is always worth some investment. The neck is true and even with a very basic quick and dirty set-up she plays like butter.
