Seems like it's some sort of fireball that explodes into a circle. Trap rats are so slow how do I effectively dodge this or do I just have to kill them before they can use it? I don't even care about duncraig I just wanted rare sacreds. Would KHALIMGRAD be an easier area to get them? Do the mobs there have some redic damage too?

khalimgrad would be better, or you could farm a heroic level.

Khalimgrad or a heroic? Which would you recommend. (pref one that isn't going to 1 shot me) I've never farmed any of these.

try both. see what works better for you. not like you're playing hardcore
