Waste of a Xis, gets like 60 SD, 20 FCR, 50 ED(lolwut, you get more from a non-xis cuz orbs), and 15-19 to hail as opposed to 7-12 this is obviously trash when things like TalXis and IstXis zon spear exist.
And, after all, you will be replacing FalXis with Warlocks as soon as you get one. That being said, it could see some use for heroic killing (cuz it buffs tstone/hailstorm), but by the time you can get a Xis it's cheaper to just buy elemental set and make a sorc for heroics (not to say even with hide, stormzon just can't match the heroic poofing of a sorc or xbow nec, and doesn't even come close to a well built phasebomb sin).
Just save the sk1 for flame rw and get a pouncezon rolling to ez dunc farm (more needed in ladder cuz fuck necrobots)

Mmmm nope? I think this is wrong, storm call deals phys damage as well. Why does it proc trinity nova with the creep stall of kill then?

Physical damage =/= weapon damage.
Creep staff is On Slain proc, not on kill
