Hmm.. Just tested this on the local docs (On sacred unique page). but there doesn't seem to be any problems at all with the list after replacing all "On attack" with "On melee attack".
The "Adds Strength Damage Bonus: (51/256 per Strength)%" etc is longer than any "on melee attack" proc, so the list looks exactly like before.
