yes , he is . He just needs high damage , leech and elvensong .

I'm curently about to finish updating the build that uses summons , and by next week i'll be adding a new one that is just pure (x)bow .

just keep farming. Also 146 is not all that much. Shoot for ~300% mf.
TA has a drop bias for uniques, and is far superior in terms of farming quickness as compared to Duncraig this patch. I just found a
