1/3 from Mendeln, 1/15 from the Souls (bosses) except for Soul of Sloth.

Lets say I have 20 points in sayler but +7 to Paladin skills. Will I get the Bonus Beam for Mind Flay ? becuase every 9 Points I get an Extra beam.

it is in bremmtown which is kinda right east side of the fauztinville map.

inside bremmtown, you need to go down south for the the dragon.
