Yes, u need to go on normal kurast 3000ba and get ur class charm. Its in the same place on all difikalty and drops on all too. U need to do to 2 challenges on class charm, one is before lvl80 nd other is before lvl 90.

Where can i find a sacred Hand of God of any rarity?
Cleared TA, Dunc, Fautz, K3k, Halls of Pain etc, but didn't find any

Sacred items have a chance to drop from anywhere starting A2(?) Terror onwards. Sacred set items from terror ubers onward. Sacred uniques at any point in Destruction. It just so happens that Hand of God itself is a rare drop, and more so if you're looking for a sacred variant.

Well, u just need to farm more, and pray to god. It's all about luck. Sacred Hand of God can drop anywhere.

Besides TA, Dunc, K3k, try to farm Realm of Lies

There are 'item' and 'skill' columns for speed values.
