Tyrael's might is a lot better. You have +15 maximum resistances and 50 physical resists. Cannot be frozen is also a good bonus. With tyrael's might you can basically remove any other pgem from your equipment. This leaves so many sockets open for good jewels. Natasha does not even have 6 sockets open on the armor. The only important thing here is the pierce, but I think it easily gets compensated.
