Well sb you're wrong. Until you actually spend time playing a build that relies on leech in this patch, don't act like you know the impact is has caused. As far as your figure of 20% leech loss, I think you've overlooked something. Like I mentioned before, crafted weapons (through orbing) can now get 40% leech from mystic orbs where it previously could get up to 60%. Arrow and knife throw were also cut in half which makes no sense. If the weapon damage was already adjusted, then that should already be enough. Say what you want but the damage of those procs was nerfed for no reason. The underlying consequence of that nerf was that leech was halved and doubling leech % to compensate for them alone isn't realistic. I wonder what other procs we're also nerfed, and why devs didn't think it was important enough to mention them specifically the change log.

Before you try offering advice that involves increasing leech by way of gear changes, just know that its harder to get now. Trying to get more more this way will result in losses of other forms of defense, or possibly reduce physical damage output, which = less leech.
