. more points = more targets for the charged strike . get it from both sources . it's your best bet imo
the rings may spawn with wyrd if you need any ranged approaches , but it's only usefull vs small packs / single targets + it has a short timer
rock shock on rings and whirlpool on boots are also around there , but they are far from what charged strike can provide
that's about it
a 1-pointer earthquake is also good to go with and only needs to invest 1 skill point to get it, why would you not use any of the main skills in the trees ?
