if you get the chance to cast the "y" level of a proc , it won't benefit from +x to all skills (you wont proc x+y) , but it may benefit from points into energy/strength (if druid with FoN) and %spell damage - if it is an elemental proc . (maby also sinergies)
example : suppose you got 10% ctc level 20 proc a spell . suppose at level 20 , it deals 10k damage . + all skills wont help at all since you will always cast the same proc level , but 100% spell damage will double the procs' damage -> 20k damage

Is Toraja bugged or us there a reason half the mobs never drop immunity to my edyrems?

Yes, mobs can go full invulnerability mode when chilled (cold sorc, for example). So there's only one thing that can help you: dont use cold damage/ice elementals open TP, go there and go back.
Thank you for the advice. TP trick doesn't seem to work 100% of the time tho.

Is there a reason why people don't sell UNID packs like they did on D2 in TSW? I'd assume you could get some people to buy some SU to see if its an SSSU or whatever, depending on the armor/weapon.
Also what GS is best for running Kingdom of Shadow on TSW? It's unbareably laggy. I feel like I'm fighting rubberbanding, and screens not loading over monsters :/ and to be clear it's not sprite limit or anything, it's network lag. I've never had such an issue on any other uber level.
