Seasons are 3-4 months. It's currently mid-season and it's normal for the prices to drop.
I have several questions regarding uninterruptable attack.
Is there a cap? If yes, what is it?
Does it work on FHR or Block or both?
Does it work on incoming spells or only on physical attacks?
Does it work when you cast a spell, too?
What is the frame window for when an attack counts as an attack? Let's say I have a 5 frame attack. At which point does the attack not count as an attack anymore, making uninterruptable attack useless?
Reason for my question is: I have 101% uninterruptable attack, but I get interrupted quite a lot while attacking enemies.

There's technically no shared stash, but you can use the offline tools to simulate a shared stash if you play singleplayer. You can find the offline tools here:

Consuming them gives you 1 attribute point per signet. You can then spend said attribute points on strength/energy/dexterity/vitality.
