Ghost Trance and cube question

1. I killed Giyua and no longer getting ghost trance. I have killed Giyua quite a few times and always got a ghost trance. Didn't have D2Stats running
2. I used a ghost trance and a clean and newly dropped Umbaru Treasure but nothing happened when transmuting, nothing else was in the cube. Anything I missed? Do I need to cube with 20 runes/essensce before cubing with ghost trance?

Answer to question 2: yes, you need to cube it with 20 essences/runestones before you can use ghost trance

Does spell poison damage increase the damage for poison throw barb? (using snake bite/stampede with snake stance)

D2stats says so, but just to be sure

Spell Damage does NOT help our poison damage on snake bite/stance. It shows an increase in damage on the in game tooltip but if you notice in D2Stats it does not effect the Poison DOT which is on the Second Page. (Posion Line under Weapon Damage) It just shows an increase on the number beside Pierce which is Spell Damage/Pierce. That line on the second page is the one we care about along with Duration/Pierce

The only things scaling our Poison Throw Barb is Pierce, (135 Clear/170 Boss/199 Lab Boss/Sam) +Skills, and Duration. Duration being the biggest one after +Skills and Pierce. This is one reason why Glad Dom is so important for its massive duration combined with its Increasing Returns on our Throw skills which does effect the Poison Damage. But, you'll come to notice nothing else really scales our Poison DOT except more + skills. Then duration just extends that Dot over a longer period of time thats why its so important as well.

I just found Auhe in Lab lvl 8. On what level do they actually start dropping? Also, is it better to look for GR's in lab, or is the drop rate lower than Fauzt/Toraja?

What about buff/debuff MOs? Does it affect poison duration?

MOs for Jewelry are Phys>Defense>Res/MF. Res first if for some reason you need it. Also dependent on the jewelry you run.
Rest of our gear I went for TCD>Dex>Vit or Str or MF. Vit if you want a little more life and Str so you can move more points over to dex or vit. Points go all dex till 75% Block then over to Vit. Early game or without most of your charms of course you might need some Str to equip as always charms like Corrupted Wormhole and Tenganze Box (Umbaru Treasure) will most likly change this later so save Belladonnas and Respecs best you can for Charms later. Those Charms and levels will also eventually allow Max Block and have some points left over to go to Vit. If you so choose.

At 120-140 on endgame gear i would leave open if i had it to do over again. Same with Jewelry. If you have all your endgame gear you only want to buy all that shit once... Maybe even possibly skipping TCD for all UMOs 100-140 if you have it to spend. TCD is a decent little boost for defense especially on every slot otherwise we wont get a lot. I went MF on my gear though 120-140 sooo... Yeah.. im cheap.. and regretting it now. Good Luck.
