What is the best char this season? Or what builds I definitely shouldnt make?

How have SU/Set drops changed, if at all, since 1.3?
Is K3KBA still the best place to grind for Sets early on, and Dunc for SUs?

It pretty much is and you still have to lvl there. But it can't drop all the set pieces, and Dunc can't drop all the SU's, so Fauzt would be better.

Which Set pieces can't drop in K3KBA? High-quality pieces for regular Sets (e.g. Warp Blade, Ancient Armor), or just pieces to the more specialized Sets (e.g. Henchmen Trophies, Trophy Hunter)?

Norm sets (no matter the qlvl, Warp Blade or not) can drop anywhere and K3K is indeed the best place to farm them. But then there are those special sets which varies, like Lilith's Disguise that is the only piece that can't be found from k3k.

Check the docs for ilvl's, everything above 115 is impossible to get from k3k.

Does proc #screaming eagle# reapply to 0 stacks every time it proc or not? (barb throwing set axe)

I'm not sure why the doc lists all the set items as item level 1. Not sure if it's due to me using mobile to view the docs.

Edit: nvm I see now that the oskill sets have level 115+ item levels!

Basic sets (by character trees) are all ilvl 1 and can drop anywhere as soon as sacred items start drop. Oskill sets have amulet ilvl 123 and "second part" ilvl 118, Other sets range from ilvl115-130. Only exception from these is sorceress mana set - the only basic set with ilvl 123.

Someone remind me if mana on striking works with the dualweld weapon?

I found a golden cycle, what is the best general wormhole one can aim for ?
(General as in, is useful to a wide variety of classes/builds)
