I didn't know poison spell damage affected Windform. I have a Blacktongue lyinh somewhere on a mule. Will try this out when I get some free time.

I think it only affects the actual melee hit. So it shouldn't be useful for the spike nova proc, but it definitely works on windforms melee "swings"
What's the best way to deal with the Ancients in Act 5? They just monkeystomped ColonelCarter. And how do I get physical and magic resistances?

There are some skills that provide physical resistance. Like for example Bear stance from Barb or Shadow Refugee from Assassin. But other classes usually use items. Check the runewords page, press CTRL + F, in order to search for specific words, then type "Physical resistance", and you're good to go. I think there are 3 runewords that you can use at around level 94-100 that are available for every class.
Magic resistance is much harder to get. There is a paladin skill that grants some magic resistance. Aside from that, there are only very few items that actually give that stat, because you're not supposed to stack magic resistance. Use the same method as described above to check every item page. I think some shrine can also grant magic resistance if I remember correctly.
I don't think there's a runeword there that a bowazon in their 50's can use. Is there anything I should know going into the Antechamber?
