Those totem relics are only great for totem necromancer, you cannot really incorporate them into other builds / use them on other characters because totems will die instantly to anything without Necro's totem passive. Minion Life% won't work on them either cause they aren't really minions. Sadly, like with your Fire Eles question, most relics are this way - they are only useful for characters that have those skills and want to push them further.
