The only problems for us (as castersin) on early are the Density and the physical damage (since TF = 0 def).
You either rush through the content as fast as you can and avoid it or you go slow so you dont get mobbed.

Depending on the gear/state of the game, but for early/mid and untwinked, yes. For lategame I would say throwsin is amazingly strong.

1. The guide starts off saying this build is a "GODDESS" in the end game. Then the above says throwsin is better late game. I think you're saying that throwsin needs gear whereas this build doesn't but that might be something to say in the early part of the guide rather than here? So that people who have the gear for a throwsin can make an informed decision.

2. To me, the guide currently reads like a basic "What you have to in Median/D2 to complete the quests" guide for beginners - not much on how to build and play this char. People on their first ever play-through will benefit but IMHO as with 1 above, the kind of info you had in Post #31 would be better added into the guide instead of as an answer to a question buried in the thread - I mean this from #31:

3. There are some contradictions such as recommending dual-wield Spellgrip then suddenly the gear shows shields being used.

4. If your GPU is screwed up but you're still able to post... isn't that the ideal time to get this written guide fleshed out? It's been a long time not getting very far (just my view, when I compare to other guides in progress and how fast people level their chars they will be way beyond any help they will get from reading this). Like many people, I'm not a video guide kind of person, I like to read stuff and think about it. Just my personal preference.

I believe what op meant, is that In the very lategame, you will be using T6 versions of the same uniques that you finish hatred with, not that you need the uniques to be t6 at the end of hatred.

I have to hesitantly agree, the structure of how the guide is being put together sortof leaves concurrently leveling characters out to dry in a sense. I think a good temporary measure would be to slap this quote:

or a rephrasing/expansion of the quote into the text of the guide. That said, the more written guide content the better!

edit: Just generally have an outline of what the completed build looks like, so that people can go ahead of the video guides progress by themselves. Not sure if I conveyed that clearly.

The goal is to have your TU's maxed at the max level you can get. E.g: I finished hatred at 50~ and leveled up @cows/IotSS until 67~, you can get to 70 and start terror with the TU's I can get(queenofglass requires tons of strenght)

Mostly, yes. But I guess the step by step for each act/gear doesnt count as how to build/play the char? It would be much more accurate ''What/how to median xl early game for begginers as Assassin''. Since this build/guide hasnt been completed yet due to op's health problems + guide being really long/deep to be finished in 2 days. The final stage of the guide will have all builds from the tree for assassin, and what to do/how to do all game with them. Thats the goal, complete Assassin guide, not a ''specific build'' for assassin.

I guess I could add this to the guide as a ''tips'', but I think this was self explanatory since I was writing down step by step in act 3 (which I say that I leave AC farming for later iirc, if not, will add it ASAP)

Early game gear section tells you all the items you can use (TU/RW/Honorifics),you can go whatever you like, it will still work either dual spellgrip or spellgrip + shield. Some people preffer dual, others preffer shield. I just added all possibilities with room for personal preferences. Then, I move on to whatI use.

The problem is not the writting, is the playing. Due to health problems I'm a bit rekt right now + gpu death doesnt allow me to record, so I cannot add the gameplay to the writting. And using my imagination to write the guide instead of playing the game while making the guide would result in (like most cases in forum) a sloppy job/guide.

As I say, that's just my take on it, no offence intended. Hope it helps.

Update: I know the guide is going really slow, will try to pump it up terror (at least the writting part) asap.

Sorry to keep you waiting, health problems aint helping either, hopefully by the end of the month we can have the guide and the uber's bible both complete!
