You're having trouble with CoV? I tried getting the CoV charm with no other charms just for shits n giggles and didn't have too much trouble.

Summon any minions you can, use DA to teleport over the wall in front of the entrance, rush into position to burn the crystal ball with RoL, and flame away. I also recommend keeping your game open for more than 5 minutes so that you can rejoin for easy body grabbing if you die. It was surprisingly easy for me to get the charm.

Just make sure to get the standard -EFR boosts, and some gear with extra fire spell damage %. I made sure to have at least -100% EFR when I spammed RoL. It's a severely OP skill and instamelts the crystal ball. 70k-148k fire damage being spammed, and hitting several times per second just melts anything that isn't fire immune.

i dont get it, to make the boots "vit craft" you get boots.. that are, sacred??????? rare????? magical????

Zomghelp Recipe
When Lady Luck turns her back and leaves you without a viable weapon or armour, this recipe allows you to create yourself some baseline items. The items come with very weak random stats, but have a built-in enhanced damage or defence bonus.
Magic weapon/armor + magic amulet + magic ring → reroll item as level 1 magic item

But you cant shrine craft a blue item. only rares.
In what order and in what steps are you creating these zomghelp vit boots what's the musky secret

My rol only does 36-100k, but in general I'm just having a hard time getting in position and getting fhr locked. Medians a lot harder than vanilla and I just started getting serious about doing the challenges. Also I sometimes panic in these stages. Because the beat the crap out of me and I miss my ring 2/3 times I try lol

Anyways so I read the section about getting the set and the hivemind. Can I get the set from griswold's terror box or do I need to do tran in destruction?

I think I'm gonna have to change the guide a bit. I made it at the end of last ladder and set armor was pretty common at that point. Looking at it now it seems it's rather rare. Decent midgame equipment if you have it lying around, but too rare i think to make the main midgear. Forget about the set XD Just make incremental improvements where you can while looking for endgame gear. If your passive damage sources aren't killing things fast enough during this time, you'll just have to use RoL

But to make it easy, you find a magic sacred item. You cube it with a magic ring and magic amulet to make it ilvl 1. You cube it with a rune and an oil of enhancement to make it rare. Then you cube it with shrines to craft it (and don't forget to bless it [item + shrine + arcane crystal] when you get a nice roll!)

I didnt know you could shrine craft items that you yourself made into rares. last I tried i took a grey sacred and upped it to rare but i couldnt reroll it with oils or shrine craft it either. thats so weird.

Okiedoke potoatoe! I should also mention that this is on sp, so far I get an item it will be from sheer farming. XD I don't need enough or last long enough to not use ring of light, so now I'm unsure where to go from here.

Like after toraja and a few more easier challenges, should I just make it a habit to walk from act 1 bloodmoor to worldchamber? I'm not sure where to farm since I basically roll everything except ubers and Baal. Like I can treat act 1 dest in the same way that I casually walk through terror or hatred. Most of my gear is maxed so I'm trying to do ubers.

A lot of my issues do stem from practice, but at this point I'm just looking for some good points to farm. Like could I get the set from tran in terror or Gris box? Or should I kill Diablo over and over again? Most of my gear is sacred runewords...

So now I need specific stuff like those Mage gauntlets or set items. Lol

But right now I'm in a spot where toraja and duncraig are inefficient and hard, but am not sure where the best place to try to get the sacred items that will serve as my upgrades.
