and, ya the stats does look like it is made for a melee char but tbh, i cant see the use of those boots much either, if a caster wear them, they wont get much 'stuck' for it to proc the ctc to be profitable and for a melee char its just suicide..

Those would be perfect for tantrum but it says in the docs that it lowers enemy resistances but disintegrates physical attackers. Does that apply to ranged physical damage or just melee?

it applies to ranged too, since Queen of Blades does trigger it.

it applies to prity much any kind of attack that carry ur weapon damage i think..

my guess - any physical damage - VoJ or VoR kills you as well

My guess, u attacked something by accident and died, vor and voj don't trigger. Or maybe u were wearing something with a weapon dmg proc

The boots are very good on casters, especially vs brach and athulua

Can also be put on an a3 merc of a caster char

the -resists do not change - only the duration and the dmg does
