Unhandled Error When I Click Multiplayer

After about a year i decided to reinstall median xl once again. I followed the steps, installed and was able to play on tsw. I played for 2 days without a problem until 1 day remaining to season 13. When i click multiplayer and it says "checking versions" i get the error on SS. At first i thought its because maybe the servers are down because its 1 day remaining to season 13. But the problem still persists and i tried reinstalling at least 3 times and still no luck.

I don't have problems on singleplayer

-Using windows 10
- Patch 1.13c
- Not Using Diablo 2 Mod manager
- Followed the steps on here : https://tsw.median-xl.com/join
- Tried; Run as admin, compatibility modes etc., Disable firewall and Windows defender

It's probably windows using DEP.

Try adding an exception for d2 in DEP.
