HUUUGE Problem with Challenge 1 ..PLS HELP!!!!

Hello boys and girls,
got a big problem with my challenge 1.
im lvl 58 and was my first time doin this.
so i killed the pirate picked up the Prism, used the scroll to add 10% all res.
Everything fine..
now i was going to kill the priestess's picked up the first 2 stones then i saw i only got 30 sec to add bonus after kill.
hm thats pretty stupid but ..okay.
so i made a new game killed the first priest (fire i think) got that red aura..tried to add bonus but still nothin happened. :((
tried also to throw the old prism away in town then picked up the one from present challenge, sunstone, aura, cube..again nothing :(
What im doing wrong? Its a bug since update 2017?

Hope someone can help me!

hm ok nothing ingame is tellin me, how i shall know that?
SO only way to get bonus is to start a new char? Pretty senseless in my opinion

Diablo drops a scroll that explains the challenge. You should've already completed act 4 if you're lvl 58.

ohhh damn :( got a scroll like that from baal for the 80 or lower challenge but didnt saw the one from Diablo.
So my fault..

you know u can always ask a lower level player (level 50) to do the challange twice and give you a spare charm ^^
or just help him do it I am pretty sure nobody wouldnt mind doing it twice with help :bounce:
