do not bother with cold spell damage. it's not worth MO space and never was.
max harbinger for leveling and farming, most of your damage will come from the flat bonus on the skill. mana cost is irrelevant because of mana pulse. against large bosses it's ok single target, too, but not great.

yes, crystal sword has innate elemental damage
