If you want to farm the trophy, just forget this till you get a samstaff or just respec to dex wolf with cold blood

Doable : Rain of Fire(mostly takes 30s ~ 1min), Banshee(1min 30s ~ 2min), Voidstar (take 2~3min with ideal gears and relics but it'll be hard to get max cold res 'cause there's no socket on samstaff.)
10. Samael (hardmode quest)
Recommended : Rain of Fire (Try when you have 22k+ sheet damage)
Do not try : Ember Spirit
not sure if the quest is possible with Banshee or Star. You would probably need lots of op-relics to finish him in 11min.
Last time I tried those, it seemed that 11min was going to be very tight.
