It might be time to bring some fresh minds to the development team.

Also fix the realm servers so that the closest game servers to me don't fluctuate between 20-400 ping at a constant rate

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not..... The patch notes say that the Takedown buff for spearzons still only lasts 20 seconds. I mean.... that can't be right, can it? I mean since you essentially have to stop what you're doing and use a "normal" attack 5 times every 20 seconds? Around mobs? ...
