In the guide notes, it mentions Titan's Blockade having 2 max res. Was this removed or am I missing something? If it was removed is it still viable as the best shield? I see it has +4 max pois res so I figure that was changed.

I get the same message. Working on a fresh install of D2 right now and will reinstall the launcher and see what happens. Best of luck. I'll let you know if the fresh install works.
