It has been suggested many times that there should be a cube recipe to put 2/3 cycles in and get a random one out. The way op suggested will never be implemented, its too specific.

Best way to level it to stay within 5 lvls of area lvl, otherwise there is xp penalty. The xp penalty scales up to 100% at 10 lvl difference, meaning you just get 0 xp, go farm a higher lvl area.
