How long is 'recently'?

Now that SUs have varying ilvls and level requirements, are there SUs that now only drop in very high level zones, like 140+?
Or will I be able find all of them in Duncraig for example?

I'm getting rather cheesed off with the Superbeast and it's crappy recovery frames and I'm looking for a second character to play for a bit of fun/farming.

I'd like to be able stack some MF, have high clear speed (of mainly Duncraig) and a entertaining gameplay.

Would a Pouncezon be a good choice?
