well its not a mxl feature but vanilla d2 , same as vanilla jewels with ed% acted as an multiplier to non base damage items , plus there’s the min/max dmg bug if you have any min or max damage on item before socketing jewel/rw with ed% then the ed% wont act as w multiplier no more since there’s base...
