Totally agree.... esp. with fact that sometimes slow simply not applying on ALL targeted monsters in one single cast and it must be spammed in few different spots to actually slow all monsters within it's effect range. I think what he wants is to expand the forum functionality that lets you do this: Abyssus to also include custom items, like rares and crafts. It's a nice idea, but would have to be implemented on the forum side (or in a Chrome extension, I guess ).

The drop filter does not hide any of those, and it is not configurable anyway.

You can do it all on the other character if you want, but the only thing you have to do is upgrade the charm on the other character (must have the swirlies on her as well). The only thing that checks for the level requirement is the cube recipe AFAIK.
