Is anyone able to give some ideas as to what I should be running as far as SU/SSU/SSSU For blood thorns build? Or in late game is lemures still superior?

I am respeccing my paladin to this build and am wondering would I just use fascinating instead of sacred for crafts since I am using blood thorns?

I am wondering how to obtain max block? I have 400+~~ base points in dex and everything listed in the mid-game gear portion, however my block chance is at 2%. Is there something I am missing? Or when you say max block are you referring to faster block rate. This build feels squishy to me, not sure w...
