Resistances is - elemental resistances so you have 75 % atleast
Phys % - refers to damange, search for an orb with +2% physical/magical damage

Vessel is for sure not at 440% yet. I'm having trouble identify what increases that except skill points. Investing in energy seems to increase it very slightly.
